Beta Tester Agreement
This Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ralph Kaspar and Steve Mcpherson, doing business as PetPulse.ai (“Company”), and you (“Tester”).
By clicking “I Agree” below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Purpose. You are receiving early access to the PetPulse.ai app for beta testing. In connection with this access, we may share confidential information with you.
2. Confidential Information. Confidential Information includes the app’s design, features, user interface, AI technology, prompts, business plans, health data workflows, and any unreleased functionality.
3. Your Obligations. You agree to:
4. Exceptions. This Agreement does not apply to information that is already public (through no fault of yours), was known to you before, or is independently developed by you.
5. Term. This Agreement lasts for 3 years after your beta access ends or until PetPulse.ai is publicly launched, whichever comes first. Trade secrets remain protected indefinitely.
6. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Remedies. You understand that any breach may cause serious harm to the Company, and we may seek legal remedies, including court orders to stop the breach.
